Packing of Manohara sandesh was very bad. 50% of materials were broken due very poor quality of packaging. Moreover, sandesh was not good quality as it was thickly quoted with nalen gur. Patali was found in tact and it is of good quality. Please improve your packaging system while packing delicate item.

The first impression on receipt of the product was that the jaggery was packed very well (considering the glass bottle packing) and also filled up to the brim, which is unlike the other commercial brands available.
Secondly, coming to the taste, it was just perfect (not too sweet), so no doubt of additional sweeteners added!
