Shipping Policy
We believe in providing the maximum level of customer service and maintaining excellent delivery timeline to ensure that all your products reach you in time and hassle free.
Please note that we have two types of shipment process Standard and Express:-
We ship order within 24 Hrs. to 78 Hrs. from the time of receiving of order.
Timeline of shipment for different shipping method:-
Standard Delivery will take somewhere between 2 to 10 days, from the time of ship of order, depending on the delivery location.
Express Delivery will take somewhere between 24 Hrs. to 72 Hrs., from the time of ship of order, depending on the delivery location.
Important Notes:-
- Delivery will be attempted by courier at the address given by Customer. But if the product is not delivered due to wrong address, No one to collect parcel or any other reason, the product will return back to origin. If products are perishable, amount will not be refunded because of such issues. On Other cases freight amount will be deducted from order value and rest amount will be transferred to customer, subject to condition of the product received, if products are damaged then particular products picture will also be deducted from the Order value.
- Any change in address after the dispatch is done will not be entertained. Due to some unavoidable reason if the address change is accepted by team, the charges will be separate.
For orders within Kolkata
Delivery Timeline
They are delivered within 2-4 days of placing an order. You will receive an e-mail /massage on the morning of delivery day.
Packaging:
To ensure that all your order reach you with utmost diligence and in perfect condition, the ordered items are neatly packed in.
For orders outside Kolkata
Delivery Timeline
They are delivered within 2-10 days of placing an order. You will receive an e-mail on the morning of delivery day, subject to normal conditions. There might be delay due to unprecedented conditions.
For orders outside India
They are delivered within 2-12 days of placing an order, subject to shelf life of product. You will receive an e-mail on the morning of delivery day, subject to normal conditions. WE ship sets and fruits through air, which will reach its destination within 48 hrs to 96 Hrs. from the dispatch. There might be delay due to unprecedented conditions.
Delivery rates
For 26000+ pin codes* which cover majority of the metro cities and Tier-1 cities, the charges are best possible rates.
Note:- Due to Pandemic some delivery might take longer than the above mentioned timeline, requesting to bear with us.
Please Note
While we are providing free delivery on order Rs.1499/- but if your pin code does lie in the PINCODE which has extra ordinary higher shipping charges, then we propose our customers that we will bear partial shipping charges and the rest partial charges has to be bear by our customer, and on mutual understanding we deliver the same, because we understand that how much they miss their local cuisines. Packaging
All your ordered items will be carefully packed in corrugated boxes and extra packing will be done for fragile and delicate food items to ensure it reaches you with maximum care and just the way you expect it.
