  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  • Sev (crispy fried gram flour noodles) for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes or bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the bowl.

  3. Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint-coriander chutney (if using) over the potato mixture.
